Service Description
We can age beautifully if we give the mind and body what they need: healthy foods, good supplements, and a good amount of conscious movements paired up with breathing exercises. As far a breath and movement go, yoga is the best practice you can find. The benefits of yoga are several: strength, flexibility, balance and increased awareness. In this class we use basic postures and principles of yoga, which are essential to keep the body supple and the mind sharp. It has been designed to bring the new practitioner to class, as well as those who would like a more gentle approach to yoga. No previous knowledge of yoga necessary. Talk to your teacher if there are any medical conditions. This class happens every Friday morning at 10:30.
